Carziqo Says ER-BX Autonomous Ride-Hailing Vehicles Begin Operations in Austin

Autonomous mobility company Carziqo has announced the start of operations for its ER-BX autonomous ride-hailing vehicles in Austin, Texas, expanding its presence in one of the United States’ leading technology centers.

The announcement coincides with the beginning of the Philippines’ “Ber Months”—the period from September through December widely regarded as the unofficial start of the country’s Christmas season. Christmas music, decorations and preparations often begin earlier in the Philippines than elsewhere, making September 1 a symbol of optimism, reunion and new beginnings.

Carziqo described the Austin deployment as another step in the development of its international autonomous mobility network.

ER-BX enters Austin’s mobility landscape

Austin has attracted growing interest from transportation and technology companies because of its expanding population, established innovation ecosystem and demand for alternative mobility services.

According to Carziqo, the ER-BX vehicles are equipped with autonomous-driving sensors and supported by connected fleet-management systems, real-time monitoring and data-assisted dispatching technology.

The initial phase will focus on controlled operations and the collection of practical performance data. The company said it would evaluate route efficiency, vehicle availability, system response, maintenance requirements and remote operational support.

The scale of operations will be adjusted according to system performance, local conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.

The ER-BX platform forms part of Carziqo’s strategy to integrate autonomous vehicles with centralized fleet monitoring and intelligent dispatching. The company said the system was designed to improve vehicle utilization while helping technical teams monitor fleet activity and respond to operational issues.

A measured approach to deployment

Autonomous ride-hailing companies continue to face technical, regulatory and public-safety challenges. Their systems must respond reliably to changing traffic conditions, construction, weather and unpredictable human behavior.

As a result, autonomous vehicle services are generally introduced gradually, with operating areas and fleet sizes expanded only after performance assessments.

Carziqo said data collected in Austin would be used to refine dispatching, route planning, fleet maintenance and remote-assistance procedures.

“The start of the Ber Months represents hope and new beginnings for many Filipino families,” Carziqo said in a statement. “The arrival of the ER-BX series in Austin reflects the same sense of forward movement as we continue developing a connected and scalable autonomous mobility network.”

Relevance to the Philippines

Although the deployment is taking place in the United States, its announcement at the beginning of the Philippine Christmas season appears intended to engage Carziqo’s community in the country.

Interest in connected transportation and autonomous mobility is increasing across Southeast Asia, but adoption will depend on infrastructure, regulation, road conditions and public acceptance. Experience gained in Austin could support Carziqo’s wider technology development, although any future deployment elsewhere would require local testing and adaptation.

Carziqo said future expansion would be based on operational readiness rather than a fixed timetable. Service availability may therefore change according to performance, regulatory developments and technical evaluations.

The launch connects two geographically distant events: the beginning of a much-anticipated season in the Philippines and a new operational chapter for Carziqo in Austin. Whether the service develops into a larger deployment will depend on measurable results, including safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.

Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 Closes The Love City, Bringing Bridal Fashion, Experience and the Wedding Ecosystem Together

After two days at White Palace Hoang Van Thu, Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 has officially concluded The Love City, bringing together bridal fashion, wedding brands, experts, vendors, artists and couples in one shared destination.

Developed through the collaboration of YEAH1 and LIVEN Technology, Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 was positioned as a comprehensive and practical wedding platform. Beyond offering inspiration for the wedding day, the event created a journey where couples could explore, experience, meet, compare and move closer to real choices for one of life’s most important occasions.

At the heart of that journey was Bridal Fashion Show 2026. Across two days, seven designers and brands presented seven distinct visions of contemporary wedding fashion, while music and live performance helped transform the runway into one of the defining experiences of The Love City.

THE LOVE CITY – A CITY BUILT AROUND EVERY STEP OF THE WEDDING JOURNEY

Inspired by the rhythm of an ever-moving city, The Love City turned the entire Vietnam Wedding Week into a journey of discovery. Different areas of the event became different destinations, each connected to a particular stage, need or question within the wedding journey.

From the check-in area and bridal fashion runway to brand experience zones, consultations, workshops and interactive activities, visitors were invited to move through an ecosystem rather than simply attend an exhibition. Wedding gowns and suits stood alongside beauty, jewellery, photography, venues, décor, planning, F&B, travel and other services connected to the journey towards – and beyond – the wedding day.

The practical value of this format was central to the event. Rather than moving between multiple disconnected sources of information, couples could see products directly, ask questions, receive advice, compare options and meet the people and brands behind them within one shared journey. Inspiration was not treated as the final destination, but as the beginning of a more informed decision-making process.

SEVEN RUNWAY SHOWS – SEVEN DIFFERENT VISIONS OF THE MODERN WEDDING

Bridal Fashion Show 2026 became the creative heartbeat of The Love City. Le Hoa Bridal, Lam Bridal, Minh Tuan Couture, FALVAON by Luu Viet Anh, DO LONG BRIDAL, ADAM STORE and LOVINE BRIDAL by Thanh Ho each brought a distinct perspective to the runway.

The programme moved across different fashion languages: sculptural construction, refined romance, couture glamour, cultural storytelling, sensual bridal silhouettes, contemporary menswear and more personal interpretations of modern romance. Instead of presenting a single image of what a bride or groom should look like, the seven shows expanded the range of possibilities.

For visitors, that diversity reflected one of the broader ideas behind Vietnam Wedding Week: every couple arrives with a different story, and contemporary wedding fashion increasingly has room for those differences.

WHEN FASHION, MUSIC AND PERFORMANCE SHARE ONE STAGE

The runway experience was further expanded through music and live performance. 2PILLZ joined as Music Producer for the Runway and also contributed a Special Performance, creating an emotional thread that moved across the fashion programme.

On 22 August, THƠM brought another layer of live performance into the runway experience, while NAOMI continued that connection on 23 August. Fashion, sound, movement and lighting were brought together to create different emotional atmospheres around each presentation.

The result was a runway designed not simply as a sequence of collections, but as part of the wider live experience of The Love City.

FROM INSPIRATION TO REAL CHOICES

One of the defining ideas behind Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 was that the journey did not end when the models left the runway. After discovering a collection or finding inspiration from a show, visitors could continue exploring the wider ecosystem around them.

Brand spaces and consultations created opportunities to move from broad ideas towards more specific questions: Which style feels right? Which services suit the couple’s needs? Who should they speak with next? What decisions need to be made before the wedding day?

Workshops and experiential activities added another practical layer, bringing expert knowledge into the event journey. In this way, the distance between seeing something inspiring and making a real decision became smaller.

YEAH1 AND LIVEN TECHNOLOGY – BRINGING DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE JOURNEY TOGETHER

The structure of The Love City reflected the collaborative vision behind Vietnam Wedding Week 2026. Developed through the collaboration of YEAH1 and LIVEN Technology, the event brought different parts of the wedding journey into one connected platform.

Fashion remained a major draw, but it also became a gateway. A runway show could lead to a fitting, a consultation, a conversation with a vendor or a wider exploration of how a couple wants their wedding to look and feel.

This approach gave Vietnam Wedding Week a role beyond that of a traditional showcase. It became a meeting point where creativity, commerce, expertise and consumer needs could interact in the same space.

A NEW MEETING POINT FOR VIETNAMESE FASHION AND THE WEDDING INDUSTRY

For couples, The Love City offered a place to arrive with questions and leave with clearer possibilities. For brands and vendors, it created an opportunity to become part of the decision-making journey of people actively preparing for marriage.

For Vietnamese bridal fashion, the seven-show programme created another stage for different design languages to meet the public and enter a wider conversation about how weddings are changing. Couture could sit beside menswear; cultural references could sit beside contemporary minimalism; spectacle could sit beside intimacy.

With Italian Atelier Asia-Pacific and CjC Marketing Agency supporting Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 as Promotional Partners, the event also extended its communications and connections across wider creative and industry networks.

As The Love City comes to a close, the larger idea remains clear: a wedding event can be more than a place to look for inspiration. When fashion, experience, expertise and practical choices are brought together, they can become part of one more complete journey.

Luu Viet Anh Brings Cultural Memory into a Contemporary Bridal Story at Vietnam Wedding Week 2026

At a wedding event built around the idea of The Love City, FALVAON by Luu Viet Anh brought another kind of journey to the runway: one shaped by memory, narrative and Vietnamese cultural references.

Presented as part of Bridal Fashion Show 2026, VÀNG ẢNH VÀNG ANH introduced a perspective in which bridal fashion becomes more than a response to an occasion. It becomes a way of carrying a story.

Within a programme that brought together seven different creative voices, Luu Viet Anh’s collection stood out for asking a different question: how can cultural memory be translated into a contemporary bridal language without losing either its emotional roots or its relevance to the present?

WHEN A BRIDAL COLLECTION BEGINS WITH A STORY

Fashion can begin with a silhouette, a material or a technical idea. For FALVAON, storytelling provides another starting point.

That narrative approach shaped the collection’s place within Vietnam Wedding Week 2026. The garments were not presented simply as individual looks; they belonged to a larger emotional world shaped by memory, reference and interpretation.

This perspective gives bridal fashion another layer of meaning. A wedding dress can be chosen for its beauty and craftsmanship, but it can also become connected to the stories a wearer wants to remember or carry forward.

VÀNG ẢNH VÀNG ANH – FROM TAM CAM TO THE RUNWAY

VÀNG ẢNH VÀNG ANH draws inspiration from Tam Cam, one of Vietnam’s best-known folk tales. Rather than retelling the story literally, the collection uses its cultural and emotional world as a source of creative exploration.

Traditional references and details are brought into dialogue with contemporary silhouettes and fashion construction. The past is therefore not placed behind glass; it is re-entered, reinterpreted and given another form.

For the runway audience, the result created a connection between a familiar cultural memory and the changing language of contemporary bridal fashion.

VIETNAMESE CULTURAL MEMORY IN A CONTEMPORARY FASHION LANGUAGE

The use of cultural references can easily become decorative if they are applied without a deeper relationship to the design. FALVAON takes another route by allowing narrative and cultural memory to inform the wider creative atmosphere of the collection.

Vietnamese elements are not presented as proof of tradition for tradition’s sake. They become part of a conversation between where a story comes from and where fashion can take it next.

This approach is particularly relevant in bridal fashion, a category often dominated by familiar global codes of white, romance and ceremony. The collection suggests that a bride can also look towards other references when defining her own wedding identity.

TRADITION WITHOUT TURNING IT INTO COSTUME

One of the more interesting tensions within VÀNG ẢNH VÀNG ANH lies in its approach to tradition. The collection does not ask contemporary women to dress as characters from the past.

Instead, it treats cultural memory as material for transformation. A detail can be altered. A reference can be abstracted. A familiar story can be felt without being reproduced literally.

That distinction allows the collection to remain connected to Vietnamese cultural sources while speaking in a language that belongs to the present.

WHY STORYTELLING MATTERS TO THE MODERN BRIDE

Contemporary brides are increasingly looking beyond the idea of finding a beautiful dress. The choice of what to wear can also reflect personality, memory, values and the kind of story they want their wedding to tell.

Within that context, storytelling becomes another form of personalisation. A garment can carry references that feel meaningful to the wearer rather than simply following a universal bridal formula.

FALVAON’s narrative approach therefore opens space for a bride who sees fashion not only as appearance, but also as expression.

FALVAON FINDS ITS PLACE IN THE LOVE CITY

Developed through the collaboration of YEAH1 and LIVEN Technology, Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 brought different parts of the wedding journey together within The Love City. The fashion programme reflected that same diversity by giving space to contrasting creative voices.

Within this landscape, Luu Viet Anh’s work offered a perspective rooted in narrative and cultural memory. It became one of the ways in which the event expanded the meaning of contemporary bridal fashion beyond a single aesthetic direction.

With Italian Atelier Asia-Pacific and CjC Marketing Agency supporting Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 as Promotional Partners, the event also connected its creative programme with wider communications and industry networks.

In The Love City, every journey could begin from a different place. For FALVAON by Luu Viet Anh, that place was a story – and from that story, a contemporary bridal world began to take shape.

Four Designers, Four Creative Worlds: Day One of Vietnam Wedding Week 2026

Ho Chi Minh City, August 2026 – The first day of Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 opened The Love City with four distinct interpretations of contemporary bridal fashion. On one runway, Le Hoa Bridal, Lam Bridal, Minh Tuan Couture and FALVAON by Luu Viet Anh introduced four creative worlds shaped by very different ideas of beauty, identity and romance.

The story of Day One was not about finding one dominant aesthetic. Its strength came from contrast. Structure met softness, couture glamour met intimate romance, and contemporary bridal fashion met cultural memory.

Together, the four presentations established the creative tone for the two-day Bridal Fashion Show 2026 and offered audiences a broader view of how Vietnamese bridal fashion is evolving.

FOUR OPENING STATEMENTS FOR THE LOVE CITY

As the first major fashion chapter of The Love City, Day One immediately made one point clear: there is no longer a single image that can represent the modern bride.

Across the programme, each designer approached bridal fashion from a different starting point. Some focused on the architecture of the garment, others on emotion, theatrical presence or storytelling. The bride appeared not as a fixed ideal, but as someone with different personalities, desires and relationships to fashion.

Placed within Vietnam Wedding Week 2026, these differences became part of a larger event narrative built around discovery. Just as couples were invited to explore different destinations across The Love City, the runway invited them to explore different creative possibilities.

LE HOA BRIDAL – STRUCTURE, FORM AND THE MODERN BRIDE

Le Hoa Bridal brought a strong focus on silhouette, construction and material. Structure became more than a technical element; it shaped the presence of the wearer and the way the body occupied space.

Through corsetry and sculptural details, the designs explored a balance between strength and femininity. The result was a vision of bridal fashion in which refinement does not require fragility, and elegance can be expressed through clarity of form.

Within the wider Day One programme, Le Hoa Bridal established a confident opening perspective: the modern bride can be defined as much by presence and structure as by softness or decoration.

LAM BRIDAL – ROMANCE THROUGH REFINEMENT

Lam Bridal shifted the emotional register in another direction. Under a more restrained and contemporary design language, romance was approached through refinement rather than excess.

The focus moved towards proportion, subtle sensuality and the natural beauty of the wearer. Instead of allowing the garment to overwhelm the person, the designs created space for personality to remain visible.

This quieter approach added an important contrast to the runway. It suggested that contemporary bridal fashion can make an impact without relying entirely on spectacle, and that intimacy can be as expressive as drama.

MINH TUAN COUTURE – WHEN THE BRIDE BECOMES THE MAIN CHARACTER

With Minh Tuan Couture, the runway moved into the world of couture glamour. Craftsmanship, theatricality and visual impact came to the foreground, creating a bridal image designed for a defining moment.

The wedding day is one of the rare occasions when a personal milestone also becomes a public celebration. Minh Tuan Couture embraced that sense of occasion, presenting the bride as the central character of the scene.

Through elaborate design and a strong sense of performance, the collection brought red-carpet energy into the wedding setting while maintaining the emotional significance of the bridal moment.

FALVAON BY LUU VIET ANH – A BRIDAL STORY ROOTED IN CULTURAL MEMORY

The final creative chapter of Day One came from FALVAON by Luu Viet Anh, bringing narrative and cultural memory into the bridal fashion conversation.

With VÀNG ẢNH VÀNG ANH drawing inspiration from the Vietnamese folk tale Tam Cam, the collection placed traditional references alongside a contemporary design language. Cultural details were not treated as costume, but as creative material to be translated and reinterpreted.

The result added another dimension to the image of the modern bride: one who may seek not only beauty and craftsmanship, but also a story and a sense of connection to cultural identity.

FOUR DESIGN LANGUAGES, ONE EXPANDING IMAGE OF THE MODERN BRIDE

Placed side by side, the four shows created a wider portrait of contemporary bridal fashion. There was architectural strength, refined romance, couture spectacle and cultural storytelling.

None of these approaches needed to cancel out the others. Instead, their coexistence showed how the bridal landscape is expanding. Different brides can seek different things from the same occasion, and fashion is increasingly responding with a broader vocabulary.

That diversity was one of the clearest messages of Day One: the modern bride does not need to fit one template.

DAY ONE SETS THE CREATIVE TONE FOR THE LOVE CITY

Developed through the collaboration of YEAH1 and LIVEN Technology, Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 was conceived as a platform where different parts of the wedding journey could come together. The first day of the Bridal Fashion Show reflected that same spirit through fashion.

Four designers arrived with four different visual languages, but all became part of one larger journey of discovery within The Love City.

With Italian Atelier Asia-Pacific and CjC Marketing Agency supporting the event as Promotional Partners, Day One also formed part of a wider effort to connect Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 with creative, media and industry audiences.

The opening day therefore did more than present four collections. It established the premise of the event itself: contemporary weddings are increasingly personal, and the fashion surrounding them should have room for many different stories.
