LandValuePH Makes 534,228 BIR Zonal Value Records Free to Search in Unified Database

Independent property valuation platform LandValuePH has compiled a searchable database of 534,228 Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) zonal value records, making them completely free to search without requiring user registration. The release consolidates official government figures into a single digital platform, allowing property owners, buyers, and heirs to access critical real estate tax benchmarks within seconds.

The database covers 48 of the Philippines’ 82 provinces, spanning 905 cities and municipalities, and 34,321 barangays. It encompasses residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial property classifications, offering broader transparency on official government valuations.

Overcoming the Friction of Scattered Public Data

In the Philippines, BIR zonal values serve as the primary baseline for determining capital gains tax, documentary stamp tax, and estate tax on every real estate transaction. Despite being public records, accessing these values has historically required a complex manual process.

The BIR publishes zonal values in separate, individual Excel files organized by Revenue District Office (RDO). To check a property's value, a user must identify which of the 120+ RDOs has jurisdiction over their local area, search the government website for that specific file, download it, and manually locate the correct line item.

LandValuePH’s BIR zonal value lookup eliminates this administrative hurdle by indexing the official Department Orders into a single, searchable interface, allowing users to locate exact records instantly by typing their location.

Empowering Property Decision-Makers

"The data has always been public — it just wasn't usable," said a LandValuePH spokesperson. "BIR publishes zonal values as separate Excel files for each Revenue District Office, so someone selling a lot has to know which RDO covers them, find the right file, and read a spreadsheet. We've put all of it in one place so anyone can look up their own barangay in a few seconds, for free."

"Most people only discover their zonal value when the BIR computes their tax bill. Knowing it beforehand changes how you price a property, or whether an estate is worth settling now or later."

Regional Valuation Benchmarks

The consolidated database provides clear insights into regional valuation differences across key areas of the Philippines.

According to the platform’s aggregated data, Metro Manila averages ₱63,160 per square meter across 15 cities and 1,056 barangays. In neighboring high-growth provinces, Bulacan averages ₱9,254 per square meter across 24 cities and municipalities (1,022 barangays), followed by Cavite at ₱8,091 per square meter across 23 cities and municipalities (949 barangays). Batangas averages ₱4,095 per square meter across 34 cities and municipalities (1,606 barangays), and Laguna averages ₱4,029 per square meter across 30 cities and municipalities (1,425 barangays). These figures represent the aggregated baseline rates established by the BIR, which serves as the foundational data for local property calculations.

LandValuePH is an independent Philippine property valuation platform and is not affiliated with the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Built to simplify real estate transactions and taxation for everyday Filipinos, the platform offers free, consumer-focused digital tools, including dedicated capital gains tax and estate tax calculators.

VIETNAM WEDDING WEEK 2026 OPENS “THE LOVE CITY”, UNITING BRIDAL FASHION, ARTISTS AND THE WEDDING ECOSYSTEM IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Ho Chi Minh City, August 2026 – Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 will officially take place on 22–23 August 2026 at White Palace Hoang Van Thu, opening The Love City — a “city of love” where bridal fashion, brands, experts, vendors and experiences for couples come together.

Positioned as a comprehensive and practical wedding week, Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 goes beyond providing inspiration for the big day. It creates a journey that allows couples to directly explore, experience, meet experts and move closer to real choices for their wedding.

At the heart of the event is Bridal Fashion Show 2026, one of its key highlights, bringing together a number of Vietnamese bridal fashion designers and brands, alongside artists taking on special roles on the runway.

THE LOVE CITY – WHEN EVERY WEDDING NEED BECOMES A DESTINATION

Inspired by the rhythm of an ever-moving city, The Love City transforms the entire Vietnam Wedding Week into a journey of discovery.

From the check-in area and bridal fashion runway to brand experience zones, workshops, consultations and interactive activities, each space is designed as a different “destination” within the city.

Here, visitors can explore everything from wedding gowns, suits, beauty, jewelry, venues, décor and photography to wedding planning, as well as services and products connected to the journey beyond the wedding day.

Rather than simply viewing beautiful images or searching for inspiration across multiple, disconnected platforms, couples can see, try, ask, compare, receive advice and meet brands — all within a single journey.

This is the practical spirit that Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 seeks to deliver: bringing wedding inspiration closer to real choices.

BRIDAL FASHION SHOW 2026 – BRIDAL FASHION BECOMES THE HEARTBEAT OF THE LOVE CITY

One of the major highlights of this year’s Vietnam Wedding Week is the Bridal Fashion Show 2026, where diverse expressions of bridal fashion come together on a single runway.

Names featured in this year’s event include Do Long Bridal, Lam Bridal, Minh Tuan Couture, Le Hoa Bridal, LOVINE Bridal, FALVAON Bridal, ADAM STORE, alongside other brands and designers within the bridal fashion ecosystem.

Each brand represents its own perspective on the contemporary bride and groom.

Do Long Bridal brings a sensual, sophisticated and highly performative spirit, distinguished by silhouettes that accentuate the body, corsetry techniques and intricate embellishment.

Lam Bridal, under the direction of designer Tam Lam, pursues a minimalist and contemporary design language, combining corset structures with restrained sensuality to celebrate the wearer’s natural beauty.

Minh Tuan Couture brings the spirit of couture and red-carpet glamour into the wedding setting through spectacular, sophisticated and highly theatrical designs.

Le Hoa Bridal presents explorations of silhouettes, structures and materials, continuing to expand the aesthetic choices available to the modern bride.

Meanwhile, FALVAON Bridal, by designer Luu Viet Anh, presents the VÀNG ẢNH VÀNG ANH collection, inspired by the Vietnamese folk tale Tam Cam, placing traditional Vietnamese materials and details alongside a contemporary design language.

The presence of LOVINE Bridal, ADAM STORE and other names further expands the bridal fashion landscape, from bridal couture to menswear, from a romantic spirit to new approaches to the image of today’s bride and groom.

The shows are set within the emotional flow of The Love City, where the runway is not simply a space for fashion presentation, but becomes part of the overall wedding experience for visitors.

WHEN MUSIC TAKES THE RUNWAY

Beyond bringing together bridal fashion, Bridal Fashion Show 2026 expands the runway experience through a combination of fashion, music and performance.

2PILLZ joins as Music Producer for the Runway, while also presenting a Special Performance at Bridal Fashion Show 2026. Music becomes a continuous layer throughout the shows, helping shape the rhythm and emotion of the runway.

On 22 August, THƠM (Da LAB) will appear as a Special Runway Performance, bringing music into the movement of fashion and creating a distinctive point of connection between performance and the bridal runway.

On 23 August, NAOMI will deliver another Special Runway Performance, contributing to an experience in which sound, fashion and stage come together within a shared space.

This combination takes the Bridal Fashion Show beyond the format of a traditional fashion show, moving towards a more complete performance experience where each collection can be expressed through design, movement, lighting and music.

FROM THE RUNWAY TO REAL CHOICES FOR THE WEDDING DAY

The distinctive feature of Vietnam Wedding Week is that the journey does not end when the models leave the runway.

Following the collections, visitors can continue exploring brands through gown fittings, style consultations, beauty & styling, jewelry, photography, wedding planning, venues, décor, F&B, travel and a range of other services for the wedding journey.

Alongside the runway is a series of workshops and experiential activities, where experts share practical knowledge around wedding preparation — from choosing a bridal style, bridal beauty and fashion to destination weddings, wedding planning and other important decisions.

The exhibition booths also serve not only as display spaces, but as places where visitors can experience products directly, receive consultations, discover offers and connect with brands that suit their needs.

Through this approach, Vietnam Wedding Week seeks to connect two worlds that are often separated: inspiration and decision.

A NEW MEETING POINT FOR VIETNAMESE FASHION AND THE WEDDING INDUSTRY

With the participation of designers, bridal houses, brands, experts, artists and industry professionals, Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 aims to create a meeting point between fashion, the wedding industry and the real needs of consumers.

For couples, The Love City is a place where they can arrive with many questions and leave with clearer choices for their wedding day.

For brands and vendors, this is not only an opportunity to be present before visitors, but also an opportunity to become part of the decision-making journey of couples who are actively preparing for marriage.

And for Vietnamese bridal fashion, the Bridal Fashion Show creates another space where different design languages can be introduced, meet the public and move from the runway into real life.

Vietnam Wedding Week 2026 warmly welcomes couples, industry professionals, media and fashion enthusiasts to step into The Love City on 22–23 August 2026.

PisoLit Meets KasKasan Buddies: BSP and KKB Launch Collaboration to Bring Financial Education Closer to More Filipinos

On August 4, 2026, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and KasKasan Buddies formally launched an educational collaboration at the BSP Head Office in Manila, bringing PisoLit — BSP's official financial education platform — directly into KKB's community of over 2 million Buddies. BSP Deputy Governor Bernadette Romulo-Puyat said the goal is to help Filipinos understand financial products, know which features fit their needs, and learn how to manage risks through platforms where they're already having these conversations.

Under the collaboration, BSP and KKB will jointly develop and distribute plain-language educational content through KKB's channels, covering how financial products work, which ones fit specific needs, and how to guard against risk. This follows a string of 2026 partnerships for KKB, including collaborations with CCAP (March 6) on responsible credit card use, FinTech Alliance PH (March 11) on digital literacy and scam protection, and CICC (July 20) on consumer protection against digital financial crime.

August 4, 2026 marks another milestone in KasKasan Buddies' growing role as a bridge between everyday Filipinos and the institutions that shape their financial lives.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and KasKasan Buddies formally launched an educational collaboration at the BSP Head Office in Manila — bringing the central bank's financial education content directly into one of the country's largest and most active online finance communities.

At the center of the collaboration is PisoLit — the BSP's official financial education platform — which will now jointly develop and feature educational content with KKB, reaching over 2 million Buddies across all platforms.

What the BSP said about why this matters:

"The goal is to help Filipinos understand how financial products work, know the features of financial products that fit their needs, and learn how to manage risks through platforms where they are having conversations," said BSP Deputy Governor Bernadette Romulo-Puyat at the launch.

That last phrase — "through platforms where they are having conversations" — is the point. Filipinos are not waiting for a financial literacy seminar. They are already talking about money, credit cards, digital banks, and investment in KKB's Facebook group, comment sections, and community threads every single day. The BSP's decision to bring PisoLit content into that environment meets Filipinos where they already are, in the language they already use.

What this collaboration means in practice:

BSP and KKB will jointly develop and distribute financial education content through KKB's channels — practical, plain-language material that helps Filipinos understand how financial products actually work, which products fit their specific needs, and how to protect themselves from the risks that come with using them.

This is not a logo placement. It is a content collaboration with the institution that sets the rules for every bank, e-wallet, and financial product in the Philippines — giving KKB's community direct access to the most authoritative source of financial guidance in the country.

The context: KKB's 2026 collaboration track record

The BSP collaboration is the latest in a series of formal collaborative efforts KKB has built across 2026 — each one expanding the community's ability to serve every Buddy with verified, credible information:

- March 6, 2026 — KKB collaborates with the Credit Card Association of the Philippines (CCAP) to produce educational video content and conduct financial literacy sessions on responsible credit card use.

- March 11, 2026 — KKB formalizes an MOA with FinTech Alliance PH — the country's largest digital finance industry body — to advance digital financial literacy and protection against online scams, as a direct offshoot of BSP's Financial Education Stakeholders’ Congress.

- July 20, 2026 — KKB signs an MOA with the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) to strengthen consumer protection against digital financial crime.

- August 4, 2026 — KKB launches its educational collaboration with the BSP and PisoLit — the central bank's own financial education platform.

The collaboration is an offshoot of the BSP Financial Education Stakeholders' Congress, spearheaded by Deputy Governor Romulo-Puyat, which emphasized the need for stronger multi-sector collaboration to strengthen financial literacy.

What KKB has always believed — and what this validates:

"Our community of KKBuddies are exactly the people that digital finance was built for. We are the everyday Filipinos who use these apps, swipe these cards, and send money through these platforms every single day."

Four years ago, KasKasan Buddies started with one simple goal: build a community where Filipinos could openly share experiences, learn from one another, and make smarter financial decisions without judgment. Today, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas — the central bank of the Republic of the Philippines — has formally recognized that community as a collaborator in its national financial education mandate.

That recognition is not the destination. It is the standard KKB is now being held to — and one the community intends to keep earning, one Buddy at a time.
