Feeling Stuck When Life Looks Fine: A Grounded Look at Energy Healing in Salcedo Village, Makati

Some people reach a point where life looks good on paper but still feels heavy inside. The work is going well and the responsibilities are handled, yet there is a quiet sense of being stuck, a tiredness that sleep does not fix, or the same patterns repeating no matter how much has changed. It is more common than most people think, especially among high performers, business owners, and the people everyone else leans on, who often look the most composed while quietly holding the most.

When understanding is not enough

Many capable people have already done the thinking. They understand their patterns. They know where the stress comes from and why certain situations keep repeating.

And still it lingers.

That is because insight and relief are not the same thing. A person can understand something completely and still feel it running in the background. Some of what people carry does not sit in the mind. It sits in the body, and in the energy a person moves through the day with. That part tends to need its own kind of attention.

What energy healing actually means

Energy healing, sometimes called spiritual healing or energy work, is one approach among many. It is not therapy and it is not medical care, and it does not replace either. It is a way of working with the tension, heaviness, and stuck feeling people carry, so they can feel lighter and more like themselves again.

One familiar form is chakra alignment, which works with the body's energy centers to ease the places where things feel blocked or out of balance. People often describe leaving a session calmer, clearer, and less weighed down than when they arrived. For someone running on a tiredness that rest does not fix, that kind of reset can matter.

A deeper option for bigger shifts

For those who want more than a reset, there is Quantum Clearing.

Quantum Clearing is a private energy clearing session that works on the emotional blocks and patterns a person has been carrying, often for years. It is not about analyzing the past or talking everything through. People tend to describe the change as subtle at first, then significant. Many arrive for one issue and return for the next, because something that had felt fixed in place for a long time finally begins to move.

It tends to help most with the feeling of being stuck in the same spot, emotional heaviness that has overstayed, and patterns in love, work, or money that keep repeating.

A private, quiet place to do the work

Aureum Lotus Studio is a private healing practice in Salcedo Village, Makati. Sessions are held one-to-one and by appointment, either in person or online. The focus is simple: creating a quiet space where people can step away from daily demands, gain clarity, and explore the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Common questions

What is energy healing? Energy healing is a gentle practice that works with the tension and heaviness a person carries, with the aim of helping them feel calmer, lighter, and more balanced. It sits alongside medical and psychological care, never in place of it.

How does someone know if they have energy blocks? There is no test for it. Most people simply notice the signs: feeling stuck for no clear reason, low energy that rest does not fix, or the same emotional patterns repeating in different situations.

What is the difference between chakra alignment and Quantum Clearing? Chakra alignment helps restore balance and ease, much like a reset. Quantum Clearing goes deeper, working on long held blocks and patterns for people who want a more significant and lasting shift.

Is energy healing available online? Yes. Sessions are offered in person in Makati and online by video for clients in other cities and countries.

Where is the studio located? Aureum Lotus Studio is a private practice in Salcedo Village, Makati, available by appointment.

Mold Manila has officially announced its expansion into advanced cosmetic surgery, preparing to unveil a brand-new, state-of-the-art surgical wing at its flagship White Plains Katipunan branch in Quezon City.

The physical expansion transitions Mold Manila from a premier aesthetic destination into a comprehensive, full-service medical aesthetics powerhouse. Reaching this six-year milestone signifies a mature era for the clinic—one rooted in clinical precision, deep client trust, and a natural readiness to offer more permanent, transformative results.

To spearhead this medical transition, Mold Manila features its in-house surgeon, Dr. Donna Eramis, MD, a Board-Certified Cosmetic Surgeon with the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery.

Known for her meticulous surgical precision and a dedicated philosophy of enhancing rather than altering a patient's natural features, Dr. Eramis brings elite expertise to the new wing. The addition of an in-house surgical team and a dedicated operating facility solidifies Mold Manila’s authority as a top-tier aesthetic leader, not just within Quezon City, but across neighboring metropolitan hubs.

By bridging the gap between high-tech non-invasive procedures and advanced surgical solutions, the clinic provides a seamless, highly integrated beauty journey for local and international clients alike.

While the physical expansion of the White Plains Katipunan branch is currently underway, Mold Manila will soon officially announce its full, highly anticipated menu of surgical services.

Color Your World Foundation Brings Light of Hope to Quake-Struck Communities in GenSan, Sarangani

Moving beyond immediate shelter and relief support, Color Your World Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of Casino Plus, has deployed hundreds of solar-powered utility lamps and fans across General Santos City and Sarangani Province to provide a source of light and temporary power source to displaced families affected by the magnitude-7.8 Mindanao quake.

Casino Plus’ “Color Champions” delivered these solar-powered units across Purok 20 in Barangay Lagao, General Santos City, and the hardest-hit barangays in Sarangani province – New Aklan in the municipality of Glan and Sapu Masla in the municipality of Malapatan.

This is on top of the temporary shelter support through the provision of livable tents, around 2,000 gallons of water, hygiene and medical supplies, and clothing to the affected communities as part of “Project Bigkis,” the foundation’s disaster response pillar.

With local power supply disrupted in some areas and many residents still staying in open spaces due to continuing aftershocks, the portable solar lights provide practical support for families and community leaders managing evacuation sites at night.

Importante sa amin ang solar lamp lalo na sa akin may dalawa akong babies. Nagagamit ko talaga kasi mainit, tapos ‘yung ilaw, kapag gabi, nagagamit din nila. Casino Plus ang unang nagbigay ng ganitong lamp,” said Princess Albotra, who is also staying in the foundation’s tent village in Purok 20. “Ako mismo nagagamit ko rin ‘yung mga [health] kits para sa hygiene ko bilang babae. Mahirap [bumili], wala kaming pera, income.”

Jovita, a 53-year-old evacuee in Barangay New Aklan in Glan, Sarangani province, expressed her gratitude to Color Your World Foundation for the solar lamps as power restoration in their village is still underway.

“May ilaw na kami. May mga apo ako na [maliliwanagan] sa gabi. Malaking tulong sa amin itong solar at fan. Mainit din kasi,” she said.

The multi-functional solar lamps are intended to help families move safely around evacuation areas, manage basic household tasks, support personal hygiene routines, and care for children, elderly residents, and other vulnerable members of the community during evening hours.

“Light restores more than visibility — it restores hope. In communities where power infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed, solar-powered lamps provide a safe, sustainable source of light that keeps families secure through the night,” said Michael Angelo Horfilla, Casino Plus Director for Corporate Social Responsibility.

Continued coordination between public and private sector partners is essential to ensure that critical relief items are delivered safely and systematically to families most affected by the disaster.

Through Color Your World’s Project Bigkis, the company would continue to provide practical support to displaced communities as relief needs shift from immediate survival to sanitation, safety, mobility, and basic household stability.
