Carziqo Issues Public Advisory on Official Channels and Fake Online Groups in the Philippines

MANILA, Philippines — Carziqo has issued a public advisory reminding Filipino users to verify company information only through its official website and official social media channels, following the appearance of several unofficial online groups using the Carziqo name without authorization.

Carziqo, an autonomous mobility technology company focused on autonomous ride-hailing, intelligent fleet operations, AI-powered mobility services, and smart vehicle service scenarios, said the advisory aims to protect users from misleading third-party pages, fake communities, and unauthorized online groups claiming to represent the company.

According to the company, Carziqo has not created any official Facebook groups. Users are advised to be cautious of any Facebook group, page, or online community that claims to represent Carziqo but is not directly linked from the company’s official website or verified official channels.

“Carziqo reminds the public that official company information should only be obtained from Carziqo’s official website and official communication channels,” the company said in a statement. “Any group, page, or account that uses the Carziqo name without authorization should not be treated as an official source of company information.”

The company also encouraged users in the Philippines to carefully check the source of any announcement, promotion, platform update, or business-related information before taking action. Carziqo said users should avoid sharing personal information, account details, payment information, or sensitive documents with unofficial groups or unknown representatives.

Carziqo operates through its official company and maintains official channels to release company announcements, service updates, public notices, and platform-related information.

The advisory comes as more users search online for information about Carziqo and its operations in the Philippines. The company said it wants to make clear that official information must come from verified Carziqo sources, not from unauthorized online communities.

Carziqo also said it reserves the right to report impersonation pages, fake groups, and misleading online content to the relevant platforms and authorities when necessary.

The company advised the public to verify Carziqo information through the following official channels:

Official Website: https://www.carziqo.com/

Official Platform: https://vip.carziqo.net/

Official Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/Carziqotechltd/

Official Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/carziqo_official/

Official X: https://x.com/Carziqo

‘No room for complacency’: Casino Plus CEO Evan Spytma on Driving the Future of Asian Gaming

Speaking on the sidelines of a massive, high-profile gathering of 20,000 international delegates at the recently concluded SiGMA Asia Summit 2026 held at the SMX Convention Center, Spytma emphasized that complacency is the ultimate risk in today’s landscape.

“Specifically to Asia, you always have to be on your toes. You can’t be complacent. You always have to be striving to do better, and I think that is really the number one. If you rest, you fall behind,” Spytma told Ortiz-Bolivar on June 3, 2026.

A Hall of Game Distinction

The interview came after SiGMA, a global iGaming events and media group, honored the Casino Plus CEO with a “Hall of Game” award at its recently concluded Asia edition. The award recognizes his contributions to the gaming, technology, and hospitality sectors, which helped shape the region’s digital entertainment landscape.

As a people-led organization, a trusted online casino platform in the Philippines, and one of the country’s leading responsible gaming brands licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), Casino Plus continues to set the benchmark for innovation paired with strict regulatory compliance and community trust.

The Evolution of Play: From Destination to Lifestyle

Spytma also underscored a massive structural evolution in the industry. Gaming has officially broken free from the confines of traditional brick-and-mortar setups, transitioning from PC-based setups straight into the palms of players' hands via mobile and online platforms.

“It went from a destination to more of a lifestyle, and so players wanted to just be able to game whenever they could, when they wanted. They didn’t necessarily want to have to fight traffic to get to the casinos, and I think that was the start of the future of gaming,” he said.

Casino Plus CEO Evan Spytma speaks during a panel at the SiGMA Asia Summit on June 3, 2026. Spytma discussed the future of Philippine gaming, shedding light on how local, regulated platforms are driving market resilience and transparent operations.

The Winning Formula: The Power of Omnipresence

When asked whether modern gaming platforms need to be available both online and on-site to truly succeed, Spytma’s stance was definitive: "It has to be both."

"There are major shifts in the market right now. It all started from land-based [operations], then shifted online, and now [we are seeing online operators] looking to move into land-based spaces. Everyone needs to be omnipresent. That was innovative in the market, and now we’re seeing even online slot providers [moving into physical spaces]." he added.

With over 20 years of robust experience building and scaling high-growth businesses across Asia’s gaming, tech, and mobile markets, Spytma continues to steer Casino Plus toward a new era of digital entertainment—firmly anchored on a people-led approach and safe, secure, PAGCOR-regulated play. He is an alumnus of Arizona State University and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

RESPONSIBLE GAMING ADVISORY

In accordance with PAGCOR’s Responsible Gaming Code of Practice, Casino Plus wishes to remind all players of the following:

Gaming is for entertainment purposes only. It should not be considered a source of income or a means of financial relief. Players are encouraged to play responsibly and within their means.

Winning is never guaranteed. All gaming outcomes are determined by chance. Past results, including jackpot wins, do not influence or predict future outcomes.

From Manila to Cebu, BPO Applicants Seek Clearer Status Updates After Applying Online

MANILA, Philippines — As Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hiring continues across major Philippine hubs, applicants are placing greater importance on transparency after submitting job applications online.

From Metro Manila to Cebu, many BPO jobseekers apply for multiple roles through social media groups, messaging apps, walk-ins, and recruiter posts. However, a common frustration remains: after submitting a resume, applicants often do not know whether their profile was received, reviewed, shortlisted, rejected, or still pending.

This lack of visibility can make the job search more stressful, especially for first-time applicants, career shifters, and provincial candidates who need to plan interviews, prepare documents, or decide whether to travel for screening.

Status tracking becomes part of the applicant experience

In high-volume hiring locations such as Makati, Quezon City, Bonifacio Global City, Pasig, Alabang, Cebu IT Park, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu, candidates often apply for customer service, technical support, healthcare, non-voice, and sales roles with major BPO employers.

These include roles associated with large outsourcing and shared services employers such as Teleperformance, WNS, Alorica, Cognizant, and other companies operating in the Philippine BPO sector. Because applicants may apply to several campaigns at once, clearer application updates can help them understand whether they should wait, follow up, attend another interview, or continue applying elsewhere.

Application status tracking is becoming one way to address this gap. Clear updates such as "application received," "under review," "shortlisted," "interview scheduled," or "not selected" can help applicants make better decisions and reduce uncertainty.

"Many applicants do not only need job openings; they need clarity after applying," said a recruitment operations lead familiar with high-volume BPO hiring. "Status visibility helps candidates understand whether their application is moving, pending, or closed."

Moving beyond informal job posts

Social media groups and referral-based hiring remain widely used in the Philippines, especially for urgent BPO openings. However, these channels can also create confusion for applicants when postings are duplicated, roles are outdated, recruiters are unclear, or follow-ups are difficult to track.

As a result, verified digital portals are becoming more relevant to applicants who want a more structured process. These platforms typically combine employer-authorised job postings, organized candidate profiles, and clearer communication between applicants and hiring teams.

One platform supporting this shift is MyGlit, a Philippines-focused BPO job portal that publishes employer-authorised BPO openings. The platform also provides no-fee applications, structured screening, and application status visibility for applicants.

Relevance for Cebu and provincial applicants

Status tracking is particularly useful for applicants outside major hiring centers. Candidates from Bohol, nearby Cebu provinces, or areas outside Metro Manila may need to know whether to travel for an interview, attend a virtual screening, or continue applying elsewhere.

For Cebu-based hiring, where applicants may target roles in Cebu IT Park, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu, clearer status updates can reduce unnecessary travel and repeated follow-ups while helping candidates prepare for the next hiring step.

"Before, I would apply and wait without knowing if anyone had reviewed my profile," said a Cebu-based BPO applicant. "Being able to see updates makes the process less stressful and helps me prepare for the next step."

Better structure for employers and applicants

Recruitment teams also benefit from application tracking. BPO employers often process large numbers of applicants for customer service, technical support, non-voice, healthcare, and sales roles. Structured updates can reduce manual follow-ups, improve screening consistency, and help recruiters maintain cleaner candidate pipelines.

For applicants, the benefit is simple: a clearer and more predictable hiring process. For employers, it supports faster communication and better candidate management.

As BPO hiring continues across the Philippines, the applicant experience is shifting beyond simply finding job openings. Jobseekers are increasingly looking for safer channels, clearer processes, and better visibility after they apply.
