Drive Excellence – Join PetroSync and Elevate Your Career Through API Standards

Stay ahead of competitors with PetroSync’s API 653 training. Boost efficiency, cut costs, and elevate your career through API standards.

When Competitors Move Faster, Where Does That Leave You?

Imagine this: your competitors have already upgraded their operations by adopting the latest API Standard. Their teams are aligned, processes are sharper, and they make fewer costly mistakes. Meanwhile, your company is still relying on outdated practices. The gap may not be visible at first—but over time, it becomes wider and harder to close.

In today’s highly competitive oil and gas industry, being left behind isn’t just about losing opportunities—it’s about losing clients, contracts, and credibility. Your competitors are moving faster, adapting quicker, and reaping the rewards of efficiency. The question is, will you let them outpace you, or will you take the lead?

Unlocking Efficiency: The Hidden Value of API Standards

Adopting API Standards is not just about compliance—it’s about creating a culture of excellence. Organizations that integrate these standards often see a significant boost in team productivity. When everyone follows a clear, proven framework, collaboration becomes smoother, and decision-making becomes more confident.

Operational efficiency is another powerful advantage. Instead of wasting hours troubleshooting avoidable errors, your team can focus on performance and innovation. This not only saves time but also positions your business as a trusted partner in the marketplace.

Take API 653 as an example. By implementing the right inspection and repair standards for storage tanks, companies avoid downtime, extend asset life, and enhance safety—all of which contribute directly to operational success.

From Costly Mistakes to Smart Savings with AI-Driven Insights

The reality is, mistakes are expensive. A single oversight can lead to downtime, rework, or even regulatory fines. However, integrating technology such as AI-powered chatbots into your workflow can transform how your business operates.

Here’s the truth:

Companies that leverage AI in operations have reported up to a 40% increase in team productivity.

AI-driven tools streamline workflows, leading to efficiency gains of nearly 30%.

Cost savings are equally impressive, with businesses reducing overhead by up to 25% thanks to smarter, faster decision-making.

By combining standardized practices like API with modern digital tools, you minimize risks while maximizing profitability. It’s not just about avoiding losses—it’s about unlocking new opportunities for growth.

Why PetroSync Is Your Strategic Partner for API 653 Training

At this point, the choice is clear. To stay ahead, you need both knowledge and application. This is where PetroSync comes in. With years of experience in delivering world-class training, PetroSync empowers professionals like you to not only understand but also implement API standards effectively.

Our API 653 training is designed to help you master inspection, repair, alteration, and reconstruction processes. You’ll gain practical insights, learn from industry experts, and acquire the confidence to lead your team toward operational excellence.

A guide for future CxOs, based on the insights of Masayuki Chatani, ex-CTO of PlayStation and ex-Japan Head of Build by McKinsey, has been released in English.

Office Chatani Inc. has announced the completion of the English Edition of the “Recommendations for Future CxOs” Trilogy – “A Compass for Leaders Who Create the Future,” now available on Amazon in 15 countries.

Finally, the third part, "Future Outlook," focuses on essential areas in the future of management, explains the past and present while looking ahead to the future, and shares hints on building "vision and strategy."

[Background of Publishing]
The relative position of Japanese companies in the global economy has declined since its peak during the bubble of the late 1980s. In addition, the declining birthrate and aging population has put the future of the Japanese economy and society in jeopardy. On the other hand, internet and digital technology companies established in the United States since the 1990s have become world leaders.

With these things in mind, author Masayuki Chatanii, who has previously served as CTO and EVP of Sony's PlayStation division, executive officer of AI at Rakuten, CDO of KPMG Japan, CEO of KPMG's digital subsidiary KPMG Ignition Tokyo, and Japan Head of Build by McKinsey of McKinsey '& Company, has found that there are many business people in Japan who want to break away from the status quo. He has decided to pass on his suggestions for the next generation who will create new value in the future, based on his 30-plus years of experience in cutting-edge technology development and digital business management.

Having held multiple CxO positions, including CEO, CTO, and CDO, and having worked at companies including Sony and Rakuten, and professional services firms such as KPMG and McKinsey, the author hopes that this book of practical, broad-ranging, and in-depth recommendations will be of use to leaders aspiring to become CxOs in the future.

The "A Compass for Leaders who Create the Future" trilogy will be available in both physical and digital formats through Amazon in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Brazil (eBook only), Canada, Mexico (eBook only), Australia, India (eBook only), Poland (eBook only), and Sweden (eBook only).

[Author Masayuki Chatani]
From 2014 to 2018, Chatani was an executive officer in charge of AI at Rakuten, where he developed and operated conversational AI solutions. From 2019 to 2022, he served as the first Representative Director and CEO of KPMG Ignition Tokyo, a digital group company of the auditing firm KPMG, and as CDO and partner at KPMG Japan, where he promoted the digitalization and AI adoption of compliance professional services such as audits and taxation. From 2022 to 2024, he was the head of McKinsey & Company's Build by McKinsey Japan. In July 2024, he published "Behind the Scenes at PlayStation: Former CTO Talks about 16 Years of Creation."

Currently, he supports companies in their creative management as the representative director of Office Chatani Co., Ltd. (http://www.office-chatani.com).
